QCS Company Overview
QCS was established in 1984 to provide full-service hard-gage calibration, CMM dimensional and non-contact inspection services, mechanical gage calibration and repair services, and electronic equipment calibration and repair services. QCS has the approval of several major aerospace, military, nuclear, and automotive companies and is directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T.)
Innovative Service and Technology
With Technical capabilities second to none, QCS features dedicated, state-of-the-art labs for both dimensional inspection and metrology services. These environmentally controlled labs are continually monitored for fluctuations of humidity, temperature (68 degrees +/- 1 degree), and dust to ensure constant accuracy of our equipment, resulting in precise measurements of your instruments. You are assured minimal total measurement uncertainty by utilizing the most sophisticated equipment available.
All calibration certifications include N.I.S.T. trace numbers, adherence to military or federal standards, calibration date, recalibration due date, and certified inspector signature.
Controlled copies of our comprehensive Quality Systems manual are available for your review. Customer audits and surveys of our facility are always welcome. QCS offers special 24, 36, and 48-hour turnaround options to better serve our customers' production and critical scheduling requirements.
